The SANOVO OptiLoader is a new generation of SANOVO egg loaders with many technical improvements and features not yet seen on any other loader.

There are two models of the SANOVO OptiLoader:
the SL OptiLoader 12 has a nominal capacity of 300 cases/h (108,000 eggs/hour), and the SL OptiLoader 6 has a normal capacity of 150 cases/h (54,000 eggs/hour). Both loaders are designed to handle all kinds of hen eggs and trays.

Using the latest technology, the SANOVO OptiLoader uses a servo-controlled gear motor, making the mechanical system reliable and easy to maintain, inasmuch as the electronic system is self-adjusting.

SANOVO SL 105/1 Egg Loader has a capacity of 37.800 eggs (105 cases) an hour.The egg loader can operate with both paper and plastic trays, and the necessary adjustment is easily made.

For plants with two or more egg breaking and separating lines, a central tray accumulating system can be supplied customised to your needs.

SANOVO Egg Washers are available with capacities from 10,800 (30 cases) up to 162,000 (450 cases) eggs an hour, and are available in two models:

- The SW Washers with washing cabinet with brush modules (for carousel type of breakers).
- The SW Modular Washers with a double-action washing system with a combination of brushes and spray nozzles (for linear type of breakers).

The modular washers are available in different lengths and wash times with a variable number of brush and spray modules for maximum washing performance for different qualities of eggs. The modular system prevents excessive washing and the resulting loss of eggs and a reduced yield

The SANOVO Egg Accumulating Tables, SAT-Range are designed for in-line operation or egg breaking systems that require the eggs are accumulated.

A guaranteed filling rate of at least 98% – better than any other available egg accumulator – ensures maximum efficiency on the breaking line.

Implementation of our “No-Crack Technology” – an accumulation that takes place using gravity alone and a gentle, rocking movement free from sharp edges, gutters or guiders that risk cracking eggs at the wrong time – further helps to provide a high yield on the breaking line.

OptiBreaker and OptiBreaker Compact

For egg breaking and separation of albumen from yolk SANOVO TECHNOLOGY A/S has developed two different groups of machines – the OptiBreaker and OptiBreaker Compact.
The OptiBreaker is designed for high performance factories who require the most advanced separation technology available while the OptiBreaker Compact is the right choice for small to medium volume factories who produce whole egg or only separate a smaller quantity of the product. The OptiBreaker and the OptiBreaker Compact share the same highly advanced in-feed technique and optimized breaking units which ensures a minimum quantity of whole egg, and maximum yield.

The ARDENTA 6 egg grading and packing machine is one of the high capacity machines from STAALKAT INTERNATIONAL BV. This machine is specific designed to realise the lowest cost per graded and packed egg.

The ARDENTA 6 has a tailored system for the infeed of the eggs and is equipped with a unique control system for optimum output. With all the optional facilities concerning hygiene, quality detection and traceability of the eggs, the ARDENTA 6 meets present and future demands set in the global egg-industry. The clearly set out and accessible construction of the ARDENTA 6, as well as the use of first quality materials, make up the foundation of this very maintenance- and user-friendly machine.

The hatchery packer not only takes care of maintaining high hatchability by its careful treatment of the hatching eggs but also of a considerable saving in labour.

The hatchery packer are robust and built in an ergonomic design, made from non corrosive material and can be used in a flexible way. By its integrated setter tray denester the hatchery packer can also be placed in a small room.

The hatchery packer has a capacity of 24.000 eggs/hour on a 30 egg tray. Depending on the type of setter tray capacities go from 20.000 eggs per hour for a straight 10x15 model up till 24.000 / 28.000 eggs per hour for staggered models.
